Con*Stellation Bookfair
This year Barnes and Noble is the primary book dealer for Con*Stellation XXVIII: Vulpecula. They will be on hand to sell books, videos, gaming stuff, etc.
We have also arranged with Barnes and Noble to have a "book fair" held from September 18-25 at all Barnes and Noble stores, as well as at their website. What this means is that for every purchase someone makes at Barnes and Noble, whether it is a book, cup of coffee, card, or whatever, a percentage of that sale will be donated to Con*Stellation XXVIII: Vulpecula.
How does it all work? Well, when you make a purchase at a Barnes and Noble store (whether it is in Huntsville, AL or in Timbuktu) or on their website, just say "I want this to go towards the Con*Stellation bookfair." and present them with a printout of our book fair coupon, or you can just give them the numerical code shown on the coupon. No additional charge to you. And by designating it as a Con*Stellation Bookfair purchase, a portion of the sale made will help us continue to promote literacy and encourage people to believe that science fiction and fantasy authors are cool by holding a Con*Stellation convention each year.
So remember: the bookfair is held only from September 18-25, 2009. Print out the book fair coupon or write down the code, and then shop online or at any Barnes and Noble store and let them know you want to contribute to the Con*Stellation Bookfair! Thanks!
