• Convention Registration opens at noon on Friday, on the 2nd floor near the hotel restaurant & bar
• There is a Parlor and a 3-section Ballroom (Redstone/Marshall/Athens) on the 1st floor that will be used for:
  • Gaming (Athens)
  • Meet The Guests event Friday night (Redstone/Marshall)
  • Readings (Redstone or Marshall)
  • General programming (Redstone or Marshall)
  • KandyKlatches (Parlor)—sign up at Convention Registration
• There is a 3-section Ballroom (Huntsville/Madison/Decatur) and a separate 2-section Ballroom (Twickenham/Albany) on the 2nd floor that will be used for:
  • Main programming (Madison/Decatur)
  • Art Show (Huntsville)
  • General programming (Twickenham)
  • Dealers Room (Albany)
• The Con Suite is on the 5th floor, Room 525
• Room 625 will be used for certain parties
• The prefunction area outside Twickenham/Albany will be used for:
  • Author Table
  • Art demonstrations
• Tables outside the bar will be used for the Spades Tournament—sign up before the Tournament at Convention Registration
